Ingredients
Makes 4 Servings
2 cups lowfat chocolate milk
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup ice cubes (about 10 cubes)
* Replace milk with Chocolate Soymilk for a Vegan Smoothie
Method
Place the chocolate milk, bananas, peanut butter and ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into four individual glasses and serve. This is so good, you’ll surely get addicted – but don’t worry, this is one addiction that is good for the body!

Try it this way:
1 banana
1 1/2-2 cups light fat chocolate milk
2 tbs cashew butter
1 shot of flax seed
1 shot of isowhey (isolate) plain
Blast on liquify for 1 minute 30 seconds
Drink in a beer pint glass slowly if you can. ….. yummmmmm
