Chocolate Peanut-Butter & Banana Smoothie
Makes 4 Servings
2 cups lowfat chocolate milk
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup ice cubes (about 10 cubes)
* Replace milk with Chocolate Soymilk for a Vegan Smoothie
Place the chocolate milk, bananas, peanut butter and ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into four individual glasses and serve. This is so good, you’ll surely get addicted – but don’t worry, this is one addiction that is good for the body!
