2 oz base spirit (vodka, light rum or brandy)
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur (or grand mariner for a hint of orange)
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
2 tbsp hersheys or godiva chocolate syrup
grated chocolate – for garnish
Mix all the ingredients except the grated chocolate shavings in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with some chocolate shavings and serve chilled.
Delicious and extremely beautiful martini ready in no time. The liqueur and chocolate syrup combined with the cream make it rich and luscious at the same time.
Tip: Omit the liqueur and add whipping cream instead for a Virgin Chocolate Martini
