Fried Banana with Yummy Yogurt Granola

A delicious breakfast treat that is full of proteins, whole grains and calcium, plus it takes less than 7 minutes to make!

Ingredients
  • 2 firm bananas
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Take a pan and add ghee to it.
  2. Slice the bananas lengthwise into 4 long pieces
  3. Once the pan is sufficiently heated, add the banana slices to it.
  4. Turn the flame on high heat and saute them till they are lightly browned. Remember to do this on high heat otherwise they'll turn limp.
  5. Once done, transfer them to a plate. Top the with whipped cream and chocolate chips, and serve it with Yogurt Granola
