Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cups canned Del Monte Green Beans
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp hot Sriracha sauce
  • salt & pepper, add to your taste
  • ½ cup crushed garlic & cheese flavored croutons
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used 4-blend Mexican cheese)
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the oil, then add the canned green beans. When they look limp, add the mushroom soup, salt, pepper and Sriracha sauce and mix well.
  3. Add the milk and give it all a nice stir.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven, top it with the shredded cheese and the garlic crouton powder.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes longer, or until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted.
