2-3 Green chillies & fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt & lemon juice, add to taste
Directions
Wash the sabudana well and then soak it overnight with just enough water to cover it. You will find that the water has been absorbed by the sago and it will look plumped up.
Now drain the sago well - at least 15-20 minutes. Make sure there is no water in them before using in the recipe.
Make sure there is no water in the sabudana, as well as the mashed potatoes, otherwise the patties might break while frying.
Now mix all the ingredients together and form into small flat patties. Oil your hands, or use plain flour to dust them if the mixture looks sticky.
Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry them at medium heat until nice and brown on both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
